Body-fat scan

A quick InBody scan — body fat, lean mass, your real starting numbers. No guesswork: this is what we build the prescription on.

Your prescription

Your questionnaire and scan give us the best prescription to move forward — training pathway, nutrition, schedule. If we're a fit, we walk through next steps. If not, no problem — the plan's yours either way.
