Three domains, one standard. We start with body composition — it's Priority One and decides everything downstream. Drop your scan figures in and we'll place you on the continuum; then you'll tick what you can do across the next three steps.
Excess body fat caps every bodyweight movement — you can't express a pull-up or pistol while you're deep in it. Climb out of the Sickness range and your gymnastics unlock; keep leaning toward Fitness and beyond, where real strength and skill development takes hold.
Tick every lift you can hit to the listed standard. Standards are bodyweight ratios so they hold across every athlete. Own the squat, hinge and press first, then build the Olympic positions and full lifts on top.
Tick the gymnastics standards you own. Earn strict strength first, then the intermediate skills, then the advanced gymnastics — strict is the insurance policy for your shoulders. Excess body fat caps these, so this domain locks until you've left the Sickness range.
Pure cardiovascular capacity on clear time and distance benchmarks. Build the aerobic base first, then sharpen power, then prove the long engine. Tick the benchmarks you can hit.
The three domains are weighted equally. Body composition is scored separately — it's Priority One and caps full Rx'd status.
